Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Malik Carr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Corey Haim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haim has chosen As We Enter as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Malik Carr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Corey Haim! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Haim.
Haim has Carr up against the cage in a clinch.
Carr tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Carr fails to pull guard.
Haim landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Haim throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Carrs head. Haim is stalling here.
Haim receives a warning from the referee for stalling. Haim breaks the clinch.
Carr fails miserably with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Malik Carr. That's going to take a lot out of him. Carr fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Carr misses with a two punch combination.
Haim misses with an uppercut. Carr saw that one coming. Haim clinches. Carr fails to pull guard.

Haim lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Carr backwards. Haim breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Haim misses with a double jab
and Carr counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haim wants to clinch but Carr slips to the side and Carr counters with a single leg into guard. Haim didn't expect that. Haim keeping moving, preventing Carr from controlling successfully. Carr controls from within his opponent's guard. Carr stopping the sweep attempt from Haim. Haim wants to stand but Carr is controlling the position. Haim wants to sweep here but Carr controlling him for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Haim wants to stand up but Carr is controlling him. Haim avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Carr has gone for a leg lock! Haim slips out almost immediately though and dives into Carr's guard. Carr is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Carr looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Carr bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Haim's guard. Carr prevents Haim from getting back to his feet. Haim pulls Carr in to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Haim manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Carr is in all sorts of trouble here.
Haim is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Haim throws a series of punches but Carr moves out of range. Haim avoids a kick to the body.
Nice takedown defense from Haim. No joy for Carr on that attempt. Haim throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Carr closes the distance and clinches up with Haim, looking for a takedown. Carr pushes Haim against the cage but Haim circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Haim throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Carr counters with a three punch combo that has Haim backing up. Haim nods at Carr to acknowledge the strikes. Haim throws a big shot that misses. Corey Haim is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Carr throws a sloppy head kick and Haim moves out of range easily. Haim throws a series of punches but Carr moves out of range. Haim goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Carr showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Haim.
Carr has a takedown stuffed. Carr is breathing heavily. Haim tries to clinch there but Carr circles away.
Haim moves in looking to clinch but Carr pushes him off. Carr fails with a takedown attempt. Haim moves into the clinch. Haim's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Carr shoots in for a double leg but Haim sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Carr looks for a takedown but Haim sprawls well. Haim lands a jab-cross combination. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Haim throws a right and a left that both miss. Haim clinches. Haim lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Carr shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Haim defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Carr. Carr shoots in and drives through. Haim sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Malik Carr. That's going to take a lot out of him. Carr misses with a low kick as Haim jumps back. Carr moves away from the strike by Haim. Haim rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Carr moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Nice defenses there by Carr. Carr misses with a takedown attempt - Haim sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A right-left combo lands from Haim. Haim misses with a few strikes there.
Malik Carr is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Haim lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Carr backs up against the cage.
Carr fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Haim swinging wildly here.
Haim scores with a jab to the body. Haim catches Carr with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
That's one minute gone in the round. The fight moves into the clinch position. Haim controlling the action here for a moment.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Haim. A nice left hand lands by Haim.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Haim. Carr tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Haim just stands there and leans against the cage. Haim's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Haim connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Carr fails with a takedown attempt. Haim misses with a combination
and Carr counters with a takedown into side control. Haim is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Carr's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Carr is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Haim doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Carr.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Carr wants to pass to mount but Haim is defending the position. Carr is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Carr pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Haim is keeping the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carr postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Haim keeping moving, preventing Carr from controlling successfully. Haim is trying to keep Carr in close.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Carr avoids a punch combination nicely.
Haim throws a right and a left that both miss. Carr shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Haim is trying to defend but Carr finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Haim is looking to improve his position.
Carr passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Haim!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Haim wants to hold on but Carr pushes him away. Carr is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Haim has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Haim! Haim decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Carr throws a solid leg kick but Haim takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Carr. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Haim stuffs the takedown. Haim will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Carr drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Corey Haim showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
No joy there for Haim, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Danga de danga de dang - Haim scores with a four punch combination! Haim swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Carr misses with a takedown attempt - Haim sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Carr drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. A left and a right from Haim both land. Nice combination. Carr throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Haim looks to throw the jab but Carr is out of range. Haim throws a shot to the body.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Haim is looking to stand up but Carr isn't so interested in that idea. Haim pushes Carr off and scrambles back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carr shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Carr trying to mount his opponent but Haim defends it. Carr stops Haim from getting back to his feet.
Malik Carr overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Carr controlling the action here. Carr is working for a kimura but Haim is defending it quite comfortably.

Carr wants to advance to full mount but Haim doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Haim keeping full guard, as Carr tries to pass. Carr is working hard here to advance position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Carr is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Carr swats away the attempt to clinch by Haim.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carr closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Haim is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Carr cracks Haim with a big elbow. Carr goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Haim rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Carr's guard! Nice work there by Haim! Carr has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Haim is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Carr. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Haim decides to stand back up. Haim steps back and let's Carr get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Haim looks to land a combination but Carr avoids it well. Haim throws a series of punches but Carr moves out of range. Haim scores with a nice right hand.

Carr throws a combination. Haim tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Carr shoots in for a takedown but Haim shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Haim closes the distance but Carr moves to the side so Carr counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Malik Carr. I think Haim has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
