Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mario Martini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marvin Hagler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hagler has chosen Kae Wun - I'm Hot as his entrance music. Mario Martini could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Marvin Hagler's chin.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martini defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hagler.
Left hook, right uppercut from Martini.
Hagler fails with the takedown.
Martini throws a series of strikes that have Hagler backpedaling.
Martini tries to clinch up.
Hagler misses with a double jab
and Martini counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hagler's guard now.
Martini looking to pass the guard.
Martini might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Martini trying to control but Hagler is working from the bottom.
Hagler looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Martini passes into side control.
Hagler trying his best to control but Martini has mounted him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hagler is looking to get to half guard.
Martini landing strikes from the mount and Hagler is in trouble!

Hagler tries to escape but Martini has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Martini is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
You can see the frustration on Hagler's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Martini is breathing heavily.
Hagler wants to control his opponent's hands but Martini gets his hands free.
Hagler can't escape the position.
Martini has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Hagler has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hagler trying to control the hands but Martini won't let him.
Hagler manages to reverse the position and now he's in Martini's guard. Nice work there by Hagler.
Hagler controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hagler passes Martini's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Martini is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hagler's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hagler's back!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
