Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cuneyt Retardkus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Szarak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Retardkus kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Die motherfucker, die!. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Cuneyt Retardkus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ivan Szarak! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Retardkus gets the takedown into side control. Szarak manages to get back to half guard. Szarak is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Retardkus pulls his head out easily. Retardkus thows a huge punch but Szarak dodges it nicely.
Retardkus trying to control the action but Szarak is working from the bottom. Retardkus missing with the ground and pound from half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Retardkus tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Szarak. Szarak looks gassed! Retardkus scoring with strikes to the body and head. Szarak keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Szarak is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Retardkus pulls his head out easily. Szarak looking for submissions off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Retardkus drops an elbow to the side of Szarak's head. Retardkus tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Retardkus trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Retardkus not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Retardkus is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Retardkus thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Szarak's head. Szarak avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Retardkus. Retardkus tries to stand and escape but Szarak is controlling the position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Retardkus darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Retardkus wants to take a breather but Szarak is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Retardkus is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Szarak taking some punishment here, with Retardkus in his half guard. Retardkus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Szarak on the ground. Retardkus working the head and body with strikes. Retardkus stalling away here and it's allowed Szarak to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Retardkus tries to stand but Szarak is controlling from the bottom. Retardkus has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Szarak to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Retardkus is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Szarak pulls down on the head and he's put Retardkus to sleep! This one is all over!
