Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Holden Coulfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pete Sproles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Coulfield might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Napalm Death - Twist the Knife (Slowly). Sproles is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by can't be touched -Roy Jones Jr. Holden Coulfield has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coulfield tries to clinch up but Sproles circles away and keeps his distance.
Coulfield circles away from the clinch attempt.
Coulfield goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Coulfield dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sproles. That did some damage!
Coulfield tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Sproles is able to avoid easily.
Sproles is looking to clinch but Coulfield is avoiding it.
Coulfield waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sproles.
Sproles throws a front kick that sends Coulfield stumbling back into the ropes.
Sproles tries to close the distance and clinch but Coulfield swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sproles tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Coulfield has Sproles up against the ropes in a clinch.
Coulfield is looking to break free of the clinch but Sproles has double underhooks.
Sproles blocks a body shot from Coulfield.
Coulfield wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Sproles has him pressed against the ropes.
Sproles is working for a takedown up against the ropes. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Coulfield swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Sproles's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Coulfield fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Holden Coulfield seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sproles tries to clinch but Coulfield is having none of it.

Sproles has closed the distance and engaged Coulfield in a clinch.
Coulfield looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Coulfield lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Sproles or not.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sproles has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Coulfield avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Sproles is looking to control Coulfield's arms but Coulfield gets an underhook and turns him. Now Sproles has his back to the ropes.
Coulfield lands a hook to the side of the head.
Coulfield misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Sproles.
Coulfield throws a punch but it's blocked by Sproles.
Coulfield swings wildly with an uppercut but Sproles uses good head movement to avoid it.

Sproles pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Sproles swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Holden Coulfield has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pete Sproles.

Sproles lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Holden Coulfield is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sproles ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Coulfield moves away.

A head kick from Sproles lands but Coulfield takes it in his stride.

Coulfield keeps the fight on the outside.
Oh Coulfield is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sproles uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Coulfield.
Coulfield avoids the head kick by Sproles.
Coulfield seems to have got his legs back now.
Coulfield misses with a looping right.

Coulfield throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Donk. Sproles catches Coulfield right on the button with a cross.
Sproles fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sproles throws a head kick that misses.
Sproles lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Coulfield can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Sproles and Coulfield drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Sproles.
