Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tony Keenin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, B Real!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Roberts and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keenin moves out of range as Real strikes.
Keenin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Real.
Keenin fails with the takedown.
Real doesn't manage to clinch there - Keenin circles away.

Keenin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Real is trying to control Keenin's posture but Keenin avoids it.
Real is not content to let Keenin control the position.
Real is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Real tries to get to full guard but Keenin has control of the leg.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Real thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Keenin tries to buck Real off but Real is having none of it.

Real wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Keenin, who protects the arm well.
Real misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Real works to advance to full mount. Keenin defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Real takes Keenin's back, avoiding a couple of desperation strikes from the bottom.
I really don't envy Keenin right now.

Keenin is trying to reverse the position but instead Real has taken his back - oops!
You can see the frustration on Keenin's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

B Real showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

and Real holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Keenin is pressed up against the cage. Real has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Keenin down to the mat. Keenin avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Real shoots for a takedown but Keenin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Keenin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Real moves away.

B Real seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Real has control of Keenin's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Keenin regains control of the situation pretty easily.
