Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gideon Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Seal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gideon Kane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Adam Seal! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Summer Carpenter and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Seal walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Seal drives through and clinches with Kane against the cage.
Seal tries for a takedown. No joy.
Seal pulls Kane into guard.
Seal wants to get back to his feet but Kane is in a dominant position and won't allow it. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Seal can do anything to dispel that myth. Seal wants to sweep here but Kane controlling him for the moment. Seal has his feet on Kane's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Seal tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kane swats him away and circles back towards the center. Kane swats away the attempt to clinch by Seal. Kane goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Seal gets in close and instigates a clinch. Seal breaks the clinch.

Kane throws a nice looking combination but Seal bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Kane throws a chopping leg kick but Seal manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Seal throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Kane blocks it with crossed arms. Kane wants to break free but Seal has control.
Seal pulls guard. Kane would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Kane wants to stand and escape but instead Seal has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Seal stands up from Kane's guard - Seal perhaps looking for a knockout. Kane tries to keep at a distance but Seal has taken the fight into the clinch. Seal lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Kane throws a leg kick but Seal sees it coming and checks it nicely. Kane throws a body punch but Seal moves out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kane stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kane wants it to stay on the feet. Seal clinches. Seal jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kane walks away with a smile on his face. Seal gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Gideon Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Seal. Seal tries to clinch there but Kane circles away.
Seal is looking to clinch. Gideon Kane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Seal throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Seal takes the fight into the clinch. Seal's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Adam Seal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Seal shoots in and drives through. Kane sprawls well. Seal tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kane swats him away and circles back towards the center. Kane scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adam Seal dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Seal throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Kane keeps the fight on the outside. Seal fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kane avoids it really well and circles away. The fighters circle momentarily. Kane darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Kane scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Seal checks the leg kick nicely there.
Kane lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Seal circles away quickly and effectively. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Seal tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Seal shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kane as he jumps to the side. Seal lands a head kick. Kane smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
That's one minute gone in the round. Seal shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kane as he avoids it easily. Gideon Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Seal. Seal wants to clinch. Seal throws a half hearted mid kick. Kane with a hook. Seal has taken the fight to the clinch.
Seal manages to break the clinch.
Seal gets in close and instigates a clinch. Seal breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Seal shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Kane keeps the fight on the outside. Seal keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Kane is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Seal. Seal is looking to clinch but Kane is avoiding it.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Seal doesn't manage to clinch there - Kane circles away.
Seal fails in his attempt to clinch. Kane is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Kane changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Seal misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Seal jumps guard and drags Kane to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Kane won't allow Seal to sweep him here. Seal has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Kane off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adam Seal showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Gideon Kane is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kane connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Seal shoots in looking for a takedown. Kane tries to sprawl out of it but Seal keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kane manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Seal tries to clinch up but Kane circles away and keeps his distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Seal throws a push kick but Kane slaps the foot to one side. Seal fails in his attempt to clinch. Horrible takedown by Seal or perhaps it was just good defense by Kane which made him look bad. Gideon Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Seal. Seal clinches up with Kane and pushes him back against the cage. Seal holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Seal lands an elbow just above Kane 's eye. Seal using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Kane has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Kane scores with a jab. Seal tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Kane counters with a lovely straight right hand! Adam Seal is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Seal throws a body kick despite being completely out of range enabling Kane to counter with a crisp jab. Seal tries for a takedown but Kane sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Seal uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kane. Kane cracks Seal with an open hand slap. Kane looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Seal tries to clinch but Kane is having none of it. Seal slips a straight right by Kane. Seal tries to clinch up. Seal fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Seal has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Kane misses with a few strikes there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kane lands a nice shot that snaps Seal's head back.
Seal throws a combination that misses and Kane counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Seal checks a low kick from Kane. Seal lands with a kick to the temple. Kane shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Gideon Kane has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Seal wants to clinch up but Kane keeps it at a distance. Seal misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Seal throws a sloppy head kick and Kane moves out of range easily. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Seal takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Kane throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Adam Seal. I've got Seal winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
