Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Balmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ultimate Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fighter is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Boom!. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jimmy Balmer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ultimate Fighter!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter looks to land a combination but Balmer avoids it well.

Fighter gets caught flat footed, as Balmer shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Fighter trying to control the position.

Balmer drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Fighter dives on top into guard.

Balmer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fighter can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Fighter gets to his feet - Balmer follows without any prompting.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Balmer is defended easily by Fighter.
Ultimate Fighter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big left from Fighter misses.
Balmer fails to land the takedown.
Fighter throws a series of punches but Balmer avoids them all with ease.
Balmer tries to score a power double leg takedown but Fighter sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Balmer somewhat.

Fighter throws a right hand that Balmer ducks under and follows up with a left that Balmer also avoids with ease.

Fighter leaves Balmer with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Fighter tries to bum rush Balmer with a series of wild strikes but Balmer uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Balmer is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Fighter is just riding it out for now. Balmer eventually gives up the hold.

Balmer drops back looking for a leg! Fighter is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fighter manages to kick Balmer off! Balmer jumps back into Fighter's guard.
Balmer throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Fighter works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Ultimate Fighter comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Fighter winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
