Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Camron Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marcus Vasher! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, John Roberts and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson misses with a two punch combination.
Vasher wants to clinch. Vasher tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jackson swats him away and circles back towards the center. Vasher checks a leg kick. Vasher takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Jackson throws a hook but Vasher blocks it. Jackson misses with a looping left. Jackson swinging wildly here.
Vasher wants to clinch. Jackson looks to land a combination but Vasher avoids it well. Jackson tries a low kick but Vasher avoids it. Jackson tries to bum rush Vasher with a series of wild strikes but Vasher uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Vasher forces Jackson back against the cage and clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vasher misses with a knee to the head. Vasher unloads a knee to the mid-section. Vasher lands a damaging elbow. Vasher lands a left hand.
Vasher content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Jackson tries to break free but Vasher pushes him back against the cage. Jackson working hard to break the clinch. A short left from Vasher. Vasher lands a right hand that snaps the head of Jackson backwards. A short right hand to the side of the head by Vasher. Jackson being controlled against the cage. Vasher misses with a short punch on the inside. Jackson takes an elbow to the temple. Vasher landing knees to the head.
Vasher will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Jackson up against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vasher prevents Jackson from breaking the clinch. Vasher lands an elbow just above Jackson 's eye. Vasher misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Jackson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Vasher throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Jackson blocks it with crossed arms. Vasher keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Jackson's efforts to push away. Jackson blocks an uppercut.
Jackson has had enough of the clinch but Vasher keeps him there for the moment. Jackson wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Jackson takes an elbow to the forehead. Vasher lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Jackson can't break the clinch.

Jackson blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Jackson tries to circle away but Vasher has him pinned against the cage. Vasher using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Jackson has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Jackson won't want to take too many of those. Vasher unloads a knee to the mid-section. Jackson lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Vasher comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Jackson is trying to force a seperation but Vasher has the dominant position. Jackson is trying to break the clinch but Vasher has him pressed against the cage. Vasher keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Jackson's efforts to push away. Nice elbow from Vasher. Jackson avoiding damage as Vasher throws knees to the body.
Vasher with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Vasher keeps control of Jackson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Vasher throws a knee to the head but misses.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marcus Vasher dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
A nice combination there by Jackson.
A lazy left from Jackson finds it's target. The fighters circle momentarily. Jackson darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Jackson throws a low kick but it's checked well by Vasher. Jackson misses with a double jab.
Vasher lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Jackson is rocked! Jackson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Vasher. Vasher circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Oh Jackson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A telegraphed right hand from Jackson misses the target. Jackson loses concentration momentarily and Vasher pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Jackson crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Vasher finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Marcus Vasher!
