Jones kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Queens of the Stone Age - Goin Out West. Joe Quick has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quick misses with a jab, cross combination.
A combination from Quick does no damage.
Jones throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Buck Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Quick bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Jones lands a nice shot that snaps Quick's head back.
It looks like Joe Quick has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones misses the shot to the body.
Quick keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jones.
Quick has taken the fight to the clinch.
Jones is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Quick breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Quick throws a head kick but Jones moves out of range.
Jones swings for the body but Quick moves out of range.
Jones looks to land a right hand but Quick moved out of range.
Quick is looking to slow Jones down with leg kicks.
Quick throws a front kick that sends Jones stumbling back into the cage.
Jones is breathing heavily.
Quick fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Quick scores with a kick to the body.
Quick turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Quick lands a big head kick that sends Jones tumbling to the mat! Quick takes a step backwards and waves Jones back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Buck Jones has been cut.
Both fighters circling a little - Quick finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Quick lands with a big right hook that stumbles Jones - he's out on his feet here! Quick follows up with another monster hook that separates Jones from consciousness! Jones falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Quick stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
