Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Min Woo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quinton Penn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Min Woo! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Woo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Penn as he jumps to the side. Penn misses with a series of wild punches.
Penn throws a leg kick that misses. Woo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Penn sprawls well. Penn wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Woo gets slowly back to his feet. Penn displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Woo. Quinton Penn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Min Woo. Penn looking to land some kicks to the body here.
A shot to de liver by Penn. Beautiful body shot. Woo looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Penn isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Woo stacks Penn on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Woo! Penn is trying to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Penn's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Penn is looking for a sweep. Penn is working hard here to advance position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Penn is not content to let Woo control the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Penn takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Quinton Penn has been cut. Woo throws a head kick but Penn moves out of range.
Penn bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Woo can't do much from the bottom here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Woo is trying to improve his position. Penn misses with the ground and pound. Penn will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Woo manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Penn trying to advance position but Woo counters by regaining guard. Penn won't allow Woo to sweep him here. Woo is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Woo looks gassed! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Penn missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Woo looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Woo working a defensive guard here.

Woo keeping full guard, as Penn tries to pass. Woo is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Woo keeping moving, preventing Penn from controlling successfully.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Woo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Penn but Penn pushes him off and we're back to square one. Woo doesn't manage to clinch there - Penn circles away.
Penn scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Penn scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Woo parries the strikes from Penn easily there. Penn is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Woo to escape.
Woo manages to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Penn looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Penn passes to side control. Woo defending against the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Quinton Penn dominated that round. The cut man is working on Quinton Penn's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Woo loads up on a big right hand but Penn slips the punch. Penn lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Woo misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Penn connects with a nice looking jab.
Penn looks to land a combination but Woo avoids it well. Woo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Penn.
Woo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Penn feints and as Woo raises his hands in defense, Penn changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Penn loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Woo tries to strike from the bottom.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Woo is on top in guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Penn is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Woo defends well. Woo looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Penn has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Woo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Woo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Woo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Penn looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Woo passes into side control.
Penn tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Woo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Woo passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Penn! Penn keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Woo wants to control the pace but Penn is squirming around nicely. Woo controlling from mount. Woo punching from mount but Penn doing a good job of avoiding damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Penn slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Penn wants to improve his position but Woo is controlling well.
Woo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Woo seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Woo throwing shots but Penn is blocking nicely. Woo trying to control the action but Penn is working from the bottom. Woo is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Penn has managed to free his arm - good work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Woo fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Quinton Penn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Min Woo. Woo doesn't succeed with the takedown and Penn counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Penn punishes Woo's body with a nice straight punch. Woo misses with a takedown and Penn counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A head kick by Penn misses and Woo counters with a big head kick but Penn shrugs it off. Woo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Penn swats him away and circles back towards the center. Woo gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Penn counters with a shoot takedown. Woo fights it but they end up in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Quinton Penn dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Quinton Penn's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Woo shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Penn is not content to let Woo control the position. Woo moves nicely into side control. Penn is trying to improve his position. Penn looks to move to half guard but instead Woo has passed into mount! Damn! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Penn wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Woo.
Penn is wriggling around trying to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Woo tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Penn is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Woo looking to secure an arm triangle but Penn defends it well. Penn is working to get back to half guard.
Woo looking to control but Penn is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Woo wants to finish this one by submission but Penn is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Woo. Woo is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Penn to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Penn shrugs it off. Penn is trying desperately to improve position. Woo controlling his opponent. Penn tries to reverse the position but Woo maintains control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Penn tries to improve his position but instead Woo has taken his back! Quinton Penn overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Woo lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Penn hold on?!
Woo doesn't have the hooks in and Penn manages to turn into his guard.
Penn drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Woo manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Penn has Woo in his guard. Penn has an active guard here but Woo has managed to pass into half guard.
Penn actively working from the bottom here. Penn is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Woo pulls his head out easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Penn looking for a kimura from the bottom but Woo passes into side control! Woo passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Penn! Woo looking to control but Penn is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Woo is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Penn has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Penn tries to hold on but Woo postures up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Woo tries to control but Penn wriggling away. Min Woo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Penn bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
And that's the end of the fight! Min Woo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Penn has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
