Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Osulf Durin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edilberto Bayagbag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Durin comes into the arena with Feuer Frei blaring out of the sound system. Osulf Durin has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Osulf Durin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Edilberto Bayagbag! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Durin looks to land a right hand but Bayagbag moved out of range. Durin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A big left from Durin misses. Bayagbag shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Durin defends it nicely. Durin throws a right and a left that Bayagbag avoids nicely. Bayagbag fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Durin avoids it really well and circles away. Bayagbag is looking to clinch but Durin is avoiding it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Durin swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bayagbag ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Durin tries to bum rush Bayagbag with a series of wild strikes but Bayagbag uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Durin thows a left - swing and a miss! Durin loads up on a big right hand but Bayagbag slips the punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Durin throws a body punch but Bayagbag moves out of range. Durin's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Durin duly obliges.
It looks like Edilberto Bayagbag has been cut. Durin misses with a double jab.
Durin looks to score with a jab to the body but Bayagbag is just out of range. Bayagbag shoots in and drives through. Durin sprawls well. Osulf Durin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Edilberto Bayagbag. No luck with that takedown attempt from Bayagbag. Durin connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bayagbag's hands. Bayagbag moves out of range of the strikes. Bayagbag shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Durin pinned against the cage. Durin gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A slow jab from Durin misses its intended target. Bayagbag closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Durin is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Bayagbag is controlling him well. You can see the frustration on Durin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Bayagbag tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Bayagbag fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Durin manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Bayagbag is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Durin is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Edilberto Bayagbag!
