The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nage tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jenklins swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jenklins drives through with a takedown into guard.
Nage preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Jenklins works over Nage with some ground and pound from guard.
Jenklins with a nice head shot there.
Jenklins stands up from Nage's guard - Jenklins perhaps looking for a knockout.
Nage doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jenklins counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Jenklins.
Jenklins works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jenklins prevents Nage from standing back up.
Jenklins is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Jenklins is tying to control. Nage wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Nage wants to get back to full guard.
Jenklins passes to side control.
Nage is looking to reverse the position.

Nage is trying to control Jenklins's posture but Jenklins avoids it.
Jenklins lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Nage down.

Nage tries to buck Jenklins off but Jenklins is having none of it.
Nage is breathing heavily.
Nage trying to control but Jenklins flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
Nage is trapped and Jenklins is scoring with shots to the head and body.

It looks like Ura Nage has been cut.
Jenklins cracks Nage with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Nage from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
Oh Nage is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ura Nage's cut is getting worse.
Jenklins scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ura Nage's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
