And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Shimada and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malone wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Malone lands with an uppercut that bounces potbelly off the cage and back into rage.
tubby potbelly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Malone keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Malone moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Malone misses with the combination.
potbelly tries to clinch but Malone moves out of range.
potbelly closes the distance and clinches up with Malone, looking for a takedown. potbelly pushes Malone against the cage but Malone circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
potbelly shoots in for a takedown but Malone shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for tubby potbelly. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Malone lands a big head kick that sends potbelly tumbling to the mat! Malone takes a step backwards and waves potbelly back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like tubby potbelly has been cut.
Malone connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between potbelly's hands.
Malone drops potbelly with a straight left! Oh this is bad for potbelly! Malone dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
