A slapping leg kick lands for Hiroshiba.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Taylor throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A solid leg kick lands there for Hiroshiba.
Taylor is breathing heavily.
Crunch! Hiroshiba slams his shin into Taylor's torso.
Hiroshiba closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Taylor to the mat! Taylor manages to get full guard.
Hiroshiba passes Taylor's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Hiroshiba seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Taylor on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Taylor tries to get out of the position.
Hiroshiba is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Taylor is just riding it out for now. Hiroshiba eventually gives up the hold.
Hiroshiba in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Taylor tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Hiroshiba!
