The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaze throws a hook but Spreewell blocks it.
Blaze connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Blaze wants to clinch up but Spreewell keeps it at a distance.
Spreewell misses with a double jab.
Spreewell keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Blaze.
Spreewell ducks under a wild hook from Blaze.
Blaze tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Spreewell was well out of range. Poor timing from Blaze.
Blaze fails with a takedown attempt.
Spreewell uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Blaze.
Spreewell stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Spreewell wants it to stay on the feet.
Spreewell changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Blaze looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Blaze tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Spreewell presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Spreewell knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Blaze on the ground.
Blaze gets back to half guard.
Blaze has a hand on Spreewell's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Spreewell takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Blaze is in all sorts of trouble here.

Spreewell lands a big shot there that rocks Blaze but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Blaze is rocked!
Spreewell postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Blaze badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Spreewell around the waist but Spreewell pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Spreewell is the winner by TKO! Spreewell jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Latrell Spreewell!
