Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dmitri Tarasov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evander Roy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evander Roy will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roy throws a sloppy head kick and Tarasov moves out of range easily.
Tarasov darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tarasov is looking to stall here but Roy recovers full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Roy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Roy tries to close the distance and clinch but Tarasov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

You can see the frustration on Roy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tarasov throws and elbow that misses. Roy uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Tarasov's guard. Nice move by Roy!

Tarasov shoots in looking for a takedown. Roy tries to sprawl out of it but Tarasov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Roy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

I would just about give that final round to Evander Roy.
I think Roy has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
