Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Esta Merle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Nash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Merle kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is There's no sympathy for the dead part 2. Steve Nash will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steve Nash! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Joseph Jones and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Merle has managed to clinch.
Merle pulls guard effortlessly. Nash slips nicely into half guard. Nash seems to be looking for submissions.

That's better than Merle was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Nash is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Esta Merle will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
