The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, William Gold and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crede jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Crede is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Heracles's half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Crede trying to advance position but Heracles counters by regaining guard.
Crede wants to control from the top but Heracles keeps moving.
Crede postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Ross Crede seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crede throws a low kick but it's checked well by Heracles.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Crede lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Heracles has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Heracles and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Crede goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Crede tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Crede has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Heracles is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Crede's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Crede is keen to just control but Heracles is a slippery customer.

Crede is just content to waste time from the top position. Heracles takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Crede throws a strike but Heracles rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Heracles is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Heracles is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Crede tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Heracles trying to control the position from guard on top but Crede is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Crede lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Heracles!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Zeus Heracles will probably get the nod.
That's time! Heracles's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Crede misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Heracles.
Crede throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Some bone on bone action there as Heracles checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Crede shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Heracles pinned against the cage. Heracles gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Crede shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Heracles as he jumps to the side.

Crede feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Crede ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Crede shoots in but Heracles avoids the takedown attempt easily.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Crede accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Crede wants to pass the guard but Heracles is keeping the position.
Crede lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Crede throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Heracles works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Crede is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Heracles is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Heracles has escaped and now he's on top!
Crede takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Crede is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Heracles stands up and waves to Crede to follow him.
Crede clinches up with Heracles and pushes him back against the cage.
Heracles throws a head punch that misses.
Heracles manages to break the clinch.
Crede misses with a hook to the body
and Heracles counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Crede showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Heracles.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Zeus Heracles.
I think Heracles has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
