Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Burbank Bulldog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Wendler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bulldog comes to the cage accompanied by British Bulldog. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Burbank Bulldog! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ryan Wendler! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and .
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wendler moves out of range of the strikes. Wendler checks a leg kick nicely. Bulldog swinging wildly here.
Bulldog tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wendler sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bulldog somewhat. Bulldog looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Wendler shoots and misses and Bulldog counters with a one-two to the body. Burbank Bulldog seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bulldog doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Wendler counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Bulldog's guard now. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Burbank Bulldog. That's going to take a lot out of him. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bulldog wants to sweep but no luck. Wendler with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Wendler scoring with punches to the head and body.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Wendler trying to control but Bulldog is working from the bottom. Wendler advances to half guard. Wendler missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Bulldog looks like he's trying to stand up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bulldog is staying active underneath Wendler, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Bulldog looks like he's trying to stand up.
Wendler is thwarting Bulldog's attempts to control the position. Wendler working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Bulldog is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Wendler's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Wendler's back!
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Wendler manages to scramble and ends up in full guard, under a barage of strikes . Great composure from Wendler.

Wendler clinches up with Bulldog and pushes him back against the cage. Bulldog wants to break the clinch but can't.
Bulldog lands a nice shot to the body.
Bulldog gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bulldog tries to stand but can't do so whilst Wendler controls his leg.
Wendler manages to escape and get back to his feet! Bulldog lands a nice looking body shot.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Wendler circles away from the clinch attempt
and Wendler counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Bulldog is breathing heavily. Bulldog looks like he's trying to stand up.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Bulldog wants to improve his position but Wendler is controlling well.

Wendler cracks Bulldog with a solid left hand. Wendler looking to pass the guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wendler stopping the sweep attempt from Bulldog. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ryan Wendler will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

It looks like Ryan Wendler has been cut. Burbank Bulldog is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bulldog tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Wendler is able to avoid easily. Bulldog tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wendler paws at him with a jab and circles away. Wendler swats away the attempt to clinch by Bulldog. Bulldog fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

and Wendler counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Bulldog avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Wendler.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Bulldog moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Wendler with a flurry of punches that miss. Wendler postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Wendler controls from within his opponent's guard. Wendler wants to control from the top but Bulldog keeps moving. Bulldog wants to sweep but no luck. Wendler looking to pass the guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bulldog wants to stand up but Wendler is controlling him. Wendler trying to control the position from guard on top but Bulldog is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Wendler showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bulldog.

and Wendler counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bulldog won't be happy with that. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wendler trying to control the action but Bulldog is working from the bottom. Wendler cracks Bulldog with a big elbow. Wendler wants to control but Bulldog is keeping him busy.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Bulldog's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Wendler working the ground and pound. Wendler cracks Bulldog with a big elbow. Bulldog takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Ryan Wendler has got the better of the ground game so far. Wendler is chipping away with strikes.
Bulldog is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Wendler off and has taken his back! Wendler is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

and Wendler counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Wendler is figuring out what he wants to do next. Wendler thows a huge punch but Bulldog dodges it nicely.
Wendler lands strikes from half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bulldog is trying to stand back up but Wendler is controlling him

Ryan Wendler showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Ryan Wendler's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Wendler tries to keep at a distance but Bulldog has taken the fight into the clinch. Bulldog has Wendler pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Wendler manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Wendler changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bulldog fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Bulldog rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wendler moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Wendler has a takedown stuffed. Bulldog connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Bulldog fails with the takedown
and Wendler counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Bulldog ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bulldog no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Wendler slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Bulldog preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Wendler postures up in Bulldog's guard and throws a big left but Bulldog blocks it. Bulldog is trying to keep Wendler in close.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Wendler missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Wendler working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Bulldog's head.
Bulldog uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Bulldog wants to clinch
and Wendler counters with a takedown into side control. Wendler wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bulldog keeps working. Bulldog takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Bulldog is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Bulldog takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Wendler cracks Bulldog with a big right hand but Bulldog just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Bulldog is looking for a sweep. Wendler is trying to ground and pound but Bulldog uses the momentary lack of control by Wendler to regain half guard. Ryan Wendler is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Bulldog trying to hold on to Wendler's head to control him but Wendler postures up.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Wendler in particular looking to stall. Bulldog is trying to stand.
 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Wendler throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bulldog's waist but Bulldog gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wendler off to one side. Burbank Bulldog has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Wendler.
Bulldog gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Bulldog is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Bulldog can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Wendler controls the pace. Burbank Bulldog has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wendler throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
And that's the end of the fight! Ryan Wendler comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Wendler winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
