St Taylor takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
No joy there for Refn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
St Taylor takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

St Taylor shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Refn pushes St Taylor off looking to stand but St Taylor dives back in and keeps control.

St Taylor looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
