The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Anthony Taglia and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rush throws a sloppy head kick and Burton moves out of range easily.
Burton closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rush is not content to let Burton control the position.
Rush managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Burton.
Burton works to advance to full mount. Rush defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
