Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Timo Zitling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Micheal Solis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Timo Zitling! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Micheal Solis! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Solis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Zitling manages to avoid it. Zitling misses with a double jab.
Solis moves into range and clinches up with Zitling. Solis tries to pull guard but Zitling holds him up against the cage and eventually Solis drops back down to his feet.
Solis pulls guard successfully.
Zitling wants to stand but Solis is controlling his posture from full guard. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Solis holds on and takes a little breather. Zitling knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Solis on the ground. Zitling wants to get up but he can't break Solis's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zitling decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Zitling darts in trying to clinch and Solis counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Solis tries to pull guard but Zitling won't allow it.
Solis tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Zitling smiles and moves away.
Timo Zitling has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Micheal Solis. Zitling tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Solis doesn't manage to clinch there - Zitling circles away.
Solis avoids the head kick by Zitling.
Solis is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Zitling.
It looks like Micheal Solis has been cut. Timo Zitling seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zitling with a nice cross. Zitling throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Solis moves into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Solis drags the fight down to the ground.
Solis has his foot on Zitling's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Zitling works his way back into a safe position though. Solis has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Zitling has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Solis to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Zitling is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Solis pulls down on the head and he's put Zitling to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Micheal Solis!
