The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Ali.
Ali misses the shot to the body.
Aurelio looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ali is fending him off so far but Aurelio persists. Nope, Ali circles away and we're back to standing.
Ali throws a jab but it's blocked by Aurelio.
Ali swings for the body but Aurelio moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ali fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Aurelio looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

No joy there for Ali, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ali misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Aurelio.
Aurelio jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Ali swats away the attempt to clinch by Aurelio.
Aurelio tries to clinch but Ali moves out of range.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Aurelio misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nice defenses there by Aurelio.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Ali jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Ali misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Aurelio.
Ali swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Aurelio uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ali.
Aurelio shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Decimus Aurelio. That's going to take a lot out of him.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Aurelio will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Ali connects with a nice cross there... Aurelio is looking wobbly and Ali recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Aurelio to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Ali jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Muhammad Ali!
