Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Badr Hari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dixon comes to the cage accompanied by Joker and the Thief, Wolfmother. Badr Hari has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ryan Dixon's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dixon closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dixon lands in his opponent's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Dixon looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hari keeping full guard, as Dixon tries to pass. Dixon showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Dixon prevents Hari from getting back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dixon controls the pace of the fight for a moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hari is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Hari is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Dixon dives into side control.
Hari pushes Dixon away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Dixon gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Hari's face as Dixon controls the position. Hari is pushing Dixon's head away, looking to escape. Dixon manages to hold on to the position though. Dixon remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Dixon has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Ryan Dixon just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Dixon slips under a jab. Ryan Dixon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dixon feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Dixon prevents Hari from getting back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ryan Dixon dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Dixon closes the distance and clinches up with Hari, looking for a takedown. Dixon pushes Hari against the cage but Hari circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Dixon shoots in but Hari avoids the takedown attempt easily. Dixon slips under a jab. Dixon wants to clinch up but Hari keeps it at a distance. Hari swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Dixon shoots for a double leg takedown but Hari sprawls well. He's pushed Dixon's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Dixon. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Some wild striking there from Dixon.
Hari tests Dixon's chin there with a solid looking shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hari misses the shot to the body. Dixon tries to land a front kick but Hari steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Hari misses the jab. Dixon fails with the takedown. Ryan Dixon is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dixon moves forwards but Hari connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Ryan Dixon has been cut. Dixon shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hari as he jumps to the side. Hari lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dixon circles away quickly and effectively.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dixon slips under a jab from Hari. Dixon misses with a hook. Hari lands with a straight right. Dixon didn't see that one coming. Dixon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hari pinned against the cage. Hari gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Dixon takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Hari dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dixon tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hari swats him away and circles back towards the center. Dixon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hari pinned against the cage. Hari gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Hari throws a series of strikes that have Dixon backpedaling.
Hari paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Dixon throws a right and a left that Hari avoids nicely. Dixon misses with a takedown attempt - Hari sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Hari lands a right hook to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A cross from Hari lands. Dixon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hari swivels and escapes. Dixon takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Dixon slips under a jab from Hari. Badr Hari is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Decent striking displayed by Hari there.
Dixon is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Hari lands with a good body shot. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hari bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dixon's head backwards. Oh Dixon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hari scores with a hook to the body. Dixon takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Badr Hari showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Ryan Dixon's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Hari connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Dixon throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hari scores with a counter punch that sends Dixon to the canvas! Hari smells blood - he's punishing Dixon with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Dixon has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Badr Hari!
