Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cassius Slay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sinhjo Babalu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slay comes to the cage accompanied by Wu-Tang Clan - Triumph. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Sinhjo Babalu enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slay fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Babalu looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Slay sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
The fighters circling - Slay throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Babalu sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Slay's guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

That was a close round but I would say that Cassius Slay will probably get the nod.

Slay lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Slay, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
