Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thorir Ingarsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Thorir Ingarsson! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown feints and as Ingarsson raises his hands in defense, Brown changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Ingarsson has control of Brown's left arm, preventing Brown from doing any damage. Brown landing some decent shots from guard.
It looks like Thorir Ingarsson has been cut. Ingarsson can't keep his opponent in guard - Brown advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Ingarsson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Brown has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Brown fails to advance to Ingarsson's back. Ingarsson really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Ingarsson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Brown jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Ingarsson is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Ingarsson and Brown has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ingarsson is looking to reverse the position. Brown looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Brown works to advance to full mount. Ingarsson defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Brown with good strikes from the mount here! Ingarsson bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Brown looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Ingarsson passes into half guard.
Brown is breathing heavily. Ingarsson is stalling here. Brown is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Ingarsson seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Brown has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Ingarsson takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown throwing strikes but Ingarsson manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! Ingarsson tries for a kimura but Brown is defending well. Ingarsson gets to mount! Brown was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Brown is trying desperately to improve position. Ingarsson looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Ingarsson controlling the position easily from mount. Brown really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Brown gets full guard. Brown striking off his back but it's not causing Ingarsson any problems. Ingarsson is stalling in the full guard. Brown keeping busy on the bottom but Ingarsson has passed one foot through into half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Brown makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Brown. Brown is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Brown lands a decent shot there. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Brown looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Brown has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ingarsson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Brown looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ingarsson is one step ahead there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Brown dominated that round. The cut man is working on Thorir Ingarsson's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Brown fails to land the takedown. Brown closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Brown cracks Ingarsson with a big right hand but Ingarsson just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Brown has hold of Ingarsson's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Ingarsson seems comfortable defending it but Brown has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Ingarsson is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Ingarsson is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Brown couldn't care less - he's delighted!
