Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between TJ Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrell Harvey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fisher throws a right and a left that both miss.
Fisher swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Harvey looks to score with a jab to the body but Fisher is just out of range.
Harvey uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fisher.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Harvey is defended easily by Fisher.
Harvey fails to land the takedown.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fisher tries to bum rush Harvey with a series of wild strikes but Harvey uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fisher misses with a double jab.
Fisher ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Harvey moves away.
Harvey closes the distance and clinches up with Fisher, looking for a takedown. Harvey pushes Fisher against the cage but Fisher circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
TJ Fisher has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyrell Harvey.

Harvey dives in and grabs Fisher's left leg, looking for a takedown. Fisher pushes down on Harvey's head and hops out.
Harvey shoots in for a double leg but Fisher sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

The crowd cheers as Fisher lands an impressive looking overhand right. Harvey doesn't seem phased though.

Fisher throws a lazy right hand but Harvey sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Harvey closes the distance and clinches up with Fisher, looking for a takedown. Harvey pushes Fisher against the cage but Fisher circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Harvey has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Harvey there as he acknowledges the shot.
Fisher loads up on a big right hand but Harvey slips the punch.

Harvey tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fisher was well out of range. Poor timing from Harvey.

and Harvey counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Fisher is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Harvey's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Harvey's back!

Fisher tries to keep control of the position but Harvey is staying busy.

Fisher has the hooks in. Harvey is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Fisher's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Harvey breaks Fisher's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Harvey is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Fisher's shoulder. That is not cool.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Fisher wants to improve his position but Harvey is controlling well.
Fisher is working hard here to advance position.
Fisher is controlling Harvey's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Fisher slaps away a takedown attempt from Harvey, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Fisher displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Harvey.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Fisher throws a hook to the side of Harvey's head but Harvey sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A combination from Fisher does no damage.

Fisher throws the left hand but Harvey avoids the punch easily.
