Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Adrian Patty!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Remy Lava!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lava throws a looping overhand right but Patty ducks down to avoid it.
Lava stuffs the takedown attempt from Patty. Patty gets slowly back to his feet.
Patty looks for a takedown but Lava sprawls well.
Lava throws a push kick but Patty slaps the foot to one side.
Patty fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adrian Patty. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Patty fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Lava throws the left hand but Patty avoids the punch easily.
Lava cracks Patty with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Lava misses with a wild combination.
Lava lands a jab to the head.
Lava looks to score with a jab to the body but Patty is just out of range.
Lava has taken the fight to the clinch.
Patty changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lava fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Lava misses the shot to the body.

Patty avoids the head kick by Lava.
Patty slips under a jab.
Remy Lava seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lava has Patty up against the cage in a clinch.
Lava breaks the clinch.
Lava bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Patty is breathing heavily.
A thudding body kick lands there by Lava!
A big left from Lava misses.
Lava lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Patty looks for a takedown but Lava sprawls well.
Lava pushes Patty up against the cage in a clinch.
Lava prevents the takedown attempt.
Lava will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Patty up against the cage.
Lava unloads a knee to the mid-section. Patty lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Patty changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lava fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Patty tries to move into range but Lava moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Patty is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Patty moves forwards but Lava connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Oh Patty is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lava drops Patty with a straight right hand, right on the button! Lava follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Remy Lava!
