Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mike Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and billy bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Howard comes to the cage accompanied by Juicy. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
bob gets caught flat footed, as Howard shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Howard stops bob from standing up.
Howard postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Howard stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. bob swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Howard drops back looking for a leg! bob is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and bob manages to kick Howard off! Howard jumps back into bob's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Howard accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Howard wants to pass the guard but bob is keeping the position.
Howard could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Howard thows a big elbow that misses.
Howard throws a strike but bob rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Howard looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
bob looks to land a combination. Howard sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Howard gets the takedown into side control.
Howard works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Howard grinds an elbow into bob's temple.
bob is trying to get back to his feet.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if bob can do anything to dispel that myth.
bob tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Howard is landing with strikes from the back.
bob is rocked!
Howard is punishing bob with strikes - can he finish him?!
bob is still in real trouble! Can Howard finish him?
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Howard lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns bob.
Howard lands shots to the head and bob turtles up! The ref has seen enough and stops the fight! This one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Howard!
