The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bach throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Bach misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Reinhardt counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. No joy there for Bach, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bach throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Reinhardt wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Harry Bach seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Reinhardt works the jab nicely. Reinhardt gets the takedown into side control. Bach is trying to improve his position. Reinhardt controlling from side mount. Bach on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reinhardt wants to control but Bach is keeping him busy. Reinhardt looks up at the clock and then as Bach takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Reinhardt smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Bach is not content to let Reinhardt control the position. Reinhardt throwing shots but missing, from side control. Bach looks to move to half guard but instead Reinhardt has passed into mount! Damn!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Reinhardt prevents Bach from getting the reversal. Bach wants to hold on but Reinhardt pushes him away. Bach keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The referee warns Bach that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
It looks like Harry Bach has been cut. Reinhardt controlling the position easily from mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bach takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Bach is rocked!
Harry Bach's cut is getting worse.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bach holds on for dear life. Reinhardt lands with some strikes. Oh Bach is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Harry Bach's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Bach tries to get back to half guard but can't. Bach seems to have got his legs back now. Reinhardt loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Bach scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Reinhardt land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Reinhardt stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Victor Reinhardt!
