Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gegard Mousasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taylor is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I Run New York. Aaron Taylor is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gegard Mousasi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Aaron Taylor! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jorge Garcia and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mousasi closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Taylor did well to prevent Mousasi getting side control. Taylor looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Mousasi thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Taylor's head. Mousasi is taking a breather. Taylor says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mousasi tries to pass the half guard into mount. Taylor knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Mousasi is looking for a kimura here.
Mousasi is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mousasi looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Mousasi is trying to control the action in half guard but Taylor is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Mousasi is trying to work for a kimura but Taylor is defending well.
Taylor is refusing to be controlled, as Mousasi sits in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Taylor pushes Mousasi off looking to stand but Mousasi dives back in and keeps control.
Mousasi missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Mousasi wants to control but Taylor is keeping him busy.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Mousasi shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Taylor is trying to defend but Mousasi finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Mousasi frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mousasi has control of Taylor's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Taylor regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Mousasi swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
