Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hunter Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bradley Nowell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nowell is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Doin Time. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hunter Smith! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bradley Nowell! The judges for this bout are , and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smith stuffs the takedown. Nowell moves into range and clinches up with Smith. Nowell keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Smith's efforts to push away. A frustrated look appears on Smith's face as he tries to break the clinch. Smith wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Nowell just misses with a elbow thrown towards Smith's brow. Nowell displaying some good clinch control by pressing Smith up against the cage. Smith has had enough of the clinch but Nowell keeps him there for the moment. Smith is working for takedown but Nowell is calmly controlling the position for now. Nowell has Smith pressed against the cage, preventing Smith from circling away and getting back to striking at range. A knee to the head by Nowell.
Smith breaks from the clinch.
Smith throws a series of punches but Nowell moves out of range. Smith fails to land with a series of punches.
Smith looks to land a combination but Nowell avoids it well. Smith waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Nowell. Smith pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Smith misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nowell gets in close and instigates a clinch. Knees to the body from Nowell.
Smith is breathing heavily. Nowell lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Nowell pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Nowell forces Smith back against the cage and clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. A frustrated look appears on Smith's face as he tries to break the clinch. Nowell drops Smith with a big knee straight up the middle! Smith is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Smith is rocked! Nowell closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Oh Smith is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Nowell effectively controlling the action here. Nowell misses with a punch to the body.
Smith seems to have got his legs back now. Nowell scores with a knee to the head.
Nowell lands a big knee to the head and Smith goes down! Nowell pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bradley Nowell!
