Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason MacDougal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean O Malley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacDougal comes into the arena with Scotland the Brave blaring out of the sound system. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Sam Margolis and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Malley tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but MacDougal swivels and escapes.
MacDougal shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. O Malley manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
MacDougal trying to control the position from guard on top but O Malley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! MacDougal crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from O Malley - the referee stops the clock and MacDougal gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says O Malley. MacDougal manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
