Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tj Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doug Harden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tj Wilson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Doug Harden! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jonathan Paton and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Wilson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Wilson is in the full mount, landing strikes. Poor strikes thrown by Wilson there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Harden prevents any damage by holding on tight. Harden is trying to stand. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Harden wants to control but Wilson is having none of it. Wilson throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

It looks like Doug Harden has been cut. Wilson looking for a guillotine from mount but Harden is having none of it. Harden is working to get back to half guard.

Harden is rocked! Wilson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Harden can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Still in half guard, Wilson seems content to control. Harden looks gassed! Wilson wants to control from the top but Harden keeps moving. Wilson gets to his feet - Harden follows without any prompting.

Wilson turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Wilson is looking to take a break and control but Harden is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Harden tries to control but Wilson manages to take his back. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Harden trying to control the hands but Wilson won't let him. Will Wilson go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

Wilson stalks Harden and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Harden's face. Harden staggers backwards, shaken. Wilson tries to clinch there but Harden circles away.

Wilson controls Harden momentarily but Harden frees himself. Wilson is pulling down on Harden's head. It's preventing any offense from Harden, at least for the moment. Harden wants to control from the top but Wilson keeps moving. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Wilson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Harden is trying to get back to full guard. Wilson decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Wilson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Harden's waist but Harden gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wilson off to one side.

Wilson stuffs the takedown. Wilson clinches. Wilson pulls guard effortlessly. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Harden won't allow Wilson to sweep him here. Wilson looking to control.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Wilson trying to keep a closed guard but Harden is proving a slippery customer.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Wilson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Wilson showed some decent athleticism there. Harden tries to roll over but Wilson keeps him under control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wilson trying to control but Harden is having none of it. Harden holds on for dear life. Wilson landing strikes, looking to finish! Harden is looking to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Wilson mounts Harden! Really nice guard pass there! Wilson blocks Harden's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Wilson trying to control but Harden is having none of it. Wilson avoids the attempt from Harden to control.

Wilson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Harden can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
