Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dirk Haamelmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcu Webb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haamelmann's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Valley of kings - Saxon. Dirk Haamelmann has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dirk Haamelmann!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marcu Webb!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Webb checks a leg kick.
Webb tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Haamelmann throws a sloppy head kick and Webb moves out of range easily.
Webb throws a series of strikes that have Haamelmann backpedaling.
It looks like Dirk Haamelmann has been cut.
Haamelmann shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Webb sprawls well. Webb wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Haamelmann gets slowly back to his feet.
Haamelmann keeps the fight on the outside.
Haamelmann fails with a takedown attempt.
Haamelmann shoots for a double leg takedown but Webb sprawls well. He's pushed Haamelmann's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dirk Haamelmann. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Haamelmann looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Webb is fending him off so far but Haamelmann persists. Nope, Webb circles away and we're back to standing.
Haamelmann clinches up against the cage.
Haamelmann tries to stall but Webb uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Haamelmann misses with a knee strike.
Haamelmann gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Webb regains guard.
Haamelmann is breathing heavily.
Webb is adopting a defensive guard.
Haamelmann throws a strike but Webb rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Haamelmann keeping moving, preventing Webb from controlling successfully.
Webb throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Haamelmann works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Webb pushes down on Haamelmann's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Webb lands with a punch from half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Webb takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Haamelmann is in trouble now - Webb has advanced to mount!
Webb controlling the pace for now.
Haamelmann is squirming around, avoiding Webb's attempts to control the action.
Haamelmann knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Webb on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Webb might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Haamelmann kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Webb tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Despite being in the dominant position, Marcu Webb just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Webb drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Webb moves into full mount!
Haamelmann is working to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marcu Webb dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Dirk Haamelmann's cut.
That's time! Haamelmann's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Webb.
Haamelmann is not content to let Webb control the position.
Webb has hold of Haamelmann's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Haamelmann tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Webb cranks the arm and Haamelmann screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Haamelmann, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Marcu Webb!
