Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Otis Okie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Wynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Brian Wynn was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wynn tries for a takedown but Okie sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Okie throws a right and a left that Wynn avoids nicely. Wynn showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Okie.
Okie throws a right and a left that Wynn avoids nicely. Wynn shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Wynn showed some decent athleticism there. Wynn seems to be looking for submissions.
Wynn looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Okie tries to get to full guard but Wynn has control of the leg. Wynn trying to control from half guard but Okie is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Okie is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Wynn's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Wynn's back! Wynn trying to control the hands but Okie won't let him. Wynn is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wynn manages to reverse the position and now he's in Okie's guard. Nice work there by Wynn.

Okie tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Okie regains full guard. Nicely done. Wynn pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Okie is keeping the position for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wynn postures up in Okie's guard and throws a big left but Okie blocks it. Wynn trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Okie throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Okie is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Okie gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wynn to score an easy takedown into full guard. Wynn must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Wynn looks gassed! Okie looking for a sweep. Not yet Okie, not yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wynn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Okie swivels though and keeps the full guard. Okie working for a triangle but Wynn defends it easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Okie bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wynn's guard. Wynn is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Wynn avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Okie postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Okie will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Wynn avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Wynn is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Wynn wants to lay and pray for a moment but Okie keeps working. Okie slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Wynn wants to control from the top but Okie keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brian Wynn dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Wynn throws a jab but it's blocked by Okie. Otis Okie is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Okie throws a series of punches but Wynn avoids them all with ease. Wynn shoots in and bounces Okie off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Okie is striking from the bottom but Wynn uses the opportunity to pass into half guard. Okie moves into full guard.
Okie wants to sweep here but Wynn controlling him for the moment. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wynn drops back looking for a leg! Okie is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Okie manages to kick Wynn off! Wynn jumps back into Okie's guard. Wynn is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Wynn trying to control but Okie is working from the bottom. Okie manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wynn manages to get himself to full guard.
Wynn is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Wynn tries to land a sweep but no joy. Okie tries to free his leg and advance position but Wynn is retaining full guard. Wynn is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Wynn working for a triangle but Okie defends it easily.
Okie trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Wynn utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Wynn is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Okie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Wynn slips a straight right by Okie. Some wild striking there from Okie.
Okie tries to bum rush Wynn with a series of wild strikes but Wynn uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Okie misses with a series of wild punches.
Otis Okie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wynn decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Okie manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Okie trying to keep a closed guard but Wynn is proving a slippery customer.
Okie will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

He's managed to get a loose triangle. Okie doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Okie manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Wynn wants to sweep here but Okie controlling him for the moment. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Okie's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Okie looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wynn is defended easily by Okie. Okie swings for the body but Wynn moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brian Wynn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Okie manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Okie really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Wynn tries to hold on but Okie pushes him away. A nice elbow there by Okie. Okie thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Wynn is looking to improve his position but Okie isn't that keen on the idea. Wynn wants to hold on but Okie pushes him away. Okie misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Okie throws a sloppy strike and Wynn uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Wynn has ended up in Okie's guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Okie throws a right and a left that Wynn avoids nicely. Wynn shoots in for a takedown but Okie shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Okie misses with a double jab.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Wynn. Wynn trying to control the position but Okie is working away. Wynn wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Okie, who protects the arm well.
And that's the end of the fight! Brian Wynn comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Wynn winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
