The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Unis lands with an overhand left.
Abbas shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Unis as he avoids it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Abbas looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Abbas shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Unis controlling the position well.
Abbas is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Unis is looking to improve his position.
Abbas is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Unis sees it coming and defends easily.

Unis manages to get to full guard.

Abbas tries to free his leg and advance position but Unis is retaining full guard.
Abbas slips nicely into half guard.
Abbas is looking to advance position but Unis won't allow it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Abbas tries to free his leg and advance position but Unis is retaining full guard.

Unis is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Unis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Abbas. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Unis seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Abbas wants to pass the guard but Unis is keeping the position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Abbas trying to move into half guard but instead Unis has managed to sweep!
Abbas lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Unis!
Abbas goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Unis turns into him and now he's in Abbas's guard.
Abbas might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Unis lands a couple of decent looking shots.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Unis wants to pass the guard but Abbas is keeping the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mazard Unis dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Abbas shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Unis as he avoids it easily.
Unis throws an overhand right that lands on Abbas's shoulder, as Abbas tries to avoid the shot.
Unis throws a head kick but Abbas moves out of range.
A jab lands there for Unis.
Unis explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Abbas looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Unis is fending him off so far but Abbas persists. Nope, Unis circles away and we're back to standing.
Abbas takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Unis connects with a single shot there.
It looks like Nino Abbas has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Unis drives through and clinches with Abbas against the ropes.
Unis is struggling to control the position.
A left hand lands to the body for Unis.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Unis is stalling here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Unis lands a nice uppercut.
Abbas takes a shot to the head.
Unis has Abbas pushed against the ropes.
Unis lands with a light punch inside.
Unis lands with a right to the head.
Abbas is rocked!
A quick uppercut on the inside from Unis.
Oh Abbas is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Unis breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Unis has cracked Abbas with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Unis lands another huge swinging hook and Abbas tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Abbas, before Unis can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Mazard Unis!
