Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johny Bone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonas Jo!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bone is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Jo has managed to escape the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bone wants to finish this one by submission but Jo is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Bone.

Bone unloads with some shots from mount but Jo bucks and avoids them well.
Jo really wants to buck Bone off and get back to his feet.

Bone has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Jo's face.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

You get the feeling that Jo really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Jo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bone. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That's time! Bone's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Bone fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jo avoids it really well and circles away.
Jo tries to clinch but Bone is having none of it.
Jo is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bone is defended easily by Jo.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bone shoots for a double leg takedown but Jo sprawls well. He's pushed Bone's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Bone drops down looking for an ankle pick but Jo pulls his leg out and moves away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Jo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bone paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bone avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Bone fails to land the takedown.
Bone shoots in for a takedown but Jo shows good takedown defense.
Jonas Jo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jo gets a clinch.
Jo lands an elbow inside that Bone shrugs off.
A knee to the head by Jo.


It looks like Johny Bone has been cut.
Jo landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Jo creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Bone's defenses.
Jo lands a nice elbow.
Jo gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Bone.
Jo connects with a knee right up the middle there - that's rocked Bone badly! Bone tumbles to the floor and Jo stands over him, dominant and satisfied with his glorious KO victory!
