Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Crazy Horse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Ayers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Danny Ayers!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Horse moves into the clinch.
Horse keeps control of Ayers as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Ayers misses with some punches.
Horse tries for a takedown. No joy.

Horse gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Ayers.
Ayers drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Crazy Horse has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danny Ayers.
Horse is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Ayers pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Ayers wants to get back to striking at distance but Horse won't allow it.

Horse is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Ayers has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Horse is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Ayers sees it coming and defends easily.

Horse is nestled in close to Ayers, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Horse is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Ayers pulls his head out easily.
Ayers wants to take a breather but Horse is having none of it.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Crazy Horse dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Horse keeps the fight on the outside.
Ayers shoots for a takedown but Horse saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Horse instigates a clinch.
Horse has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Ayers is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Horse tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Ayers smiles and moves away.

Ayers really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Horse. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ayers can't escape the position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Horse looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Horse will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Horse is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Ayers can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Horse has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Ayers is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Horse.

Horse stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ayers swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Ayers has his foot on Horse's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Horse works his way back into a safe position though.

You can see the frustration on Ayers's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Crazy Horse dominated that second round.
That's time! Horse's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Ayers tries to bum rush Horse with a series of wild strikes but Horse uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Ayers decides to stand up, so the ref orders Horse to his feet.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Crazy Horse. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Ayers is pressed up against the cage. Horse has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Ayers down to the mat. Ayers avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Ayers tries to close the distance and clinch but Horse swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Crazy Horse is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Horse throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Ayers is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Horse is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ayers's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ayers's back!
