Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Enrique Yasuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Hogun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Enrique Yasuk has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Enrique Yasuk seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Enrique Yasuk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Terry Hogun! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Konstantin Menshow and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hogun scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hogun looks to land a strike but Yasuk avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Hogun throwing strikes but missing. Hogun scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Yasuk utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Yasuk working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Hogun. Yasuk will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Hogun chips away with some ground and pound. Hogun drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Yasuk dives on top into guard. Yasuk wants to control from the top but Hogun keeps moving. Hogun wants to sweep but no luck. Yasuk throwing strikes from guard but Hogun blocks nicely. Hogun manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's one minute gone in the round. Yasuk tries to get back to half guard but can't. Hogun throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Hogun unloads with some shots from mount but Yasuk bucks and avoids them well.
Hogun is landing with some decent strikes but Yasuk is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Hogun trying to control but he's not successful this time. A nice elbow there by Hogun. Yasuk controls the position. Hogun unloading with bombs!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yasuk is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Hogun landing shots from mount. Hogun throws a sloppy strike and Yasuk uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Yasuk has ended up in Hogun's guard.

Yasuk stopping the sweep attempt from Hogun. Hogun is pulling down on Yasuk's head. It's preventing any offense from Yasuk, at least for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Yasuk thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yasuk is pushing down on Hogun's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hogun is fighting to maintain full guard but Yasuk has managed to sneak the leg through. Hogun wants to control but Yasuk is keeping busy.
Hogun is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Hogun is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Yasuk is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Hogun is looking to improve his position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Hogun has a takedown stuffed. Hogun fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Yasuk avoids it really well and circles away. Yasuk closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hogun did well to prevent Yasuk getting side control. Hogun is trying to maintain the position but Yasuk is very close to passing his half guard. Yasuk lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Hogun really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Yasuk. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hogun tries to get to full guard but Yasuk has control of the leg. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Terry Hogun dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Hogun is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Yasuk off and has taken his back! Yasuk rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hogun postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Hogun throws a strike but Yasuk rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Hogun is trying to keep Yasuk in close.
Hogun is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Hogun not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Hogun should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Yasuk wants to control from the top but Hogun keeps moving. Yasuk is really struggling to control Hogun but he's trying to hold on to the position. Hogun tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Excellent takedown into side control there by Hogun. Yasuk regains half guard, as Hogun was trying to land strikes. Yasuk on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Terry Hogun showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Yasuk is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hogun is just riding it out for now. Yasuk eventually gives up the hold. Hogun tries to roll over but Yasuk keeps him under control. Yasuk stalling. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hogun can do anything to dispel that myth. Hogun trying to control from the bottom.

Yasuk with a flurry of punches that miss. Hogun wants to sweep here but Yasuk controlling him for the moment.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Hogun scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Hogun takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hogun cracks Yasuk with an elbow. That is naaassty. Hogun throws an elbow but Yasuk slips to the side and avoids it well. Yasuk regains half guard there - taking advantage of Hogun's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Hogun throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Hogun trying to control from half guard but Yasuk is working away. Hogun wants to work for an arm triangle but Yasuk is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Yasuk is pressing down on Hogun's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Hogun is working Yasuk over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Hogun throws a big right hand that misses. Hogun distracts Yasuk with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Hogun drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Yasuk manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hogun has Yasuk in his guard. Hogun is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Yasuk is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Yasuk wants to control from the top but Hogun keeps moving. Yasuk pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hogun is keeping the position for now. Hogun is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Yasuk has hold of Hogun's hands but Hogun slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Enrique Yasuk has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Terry Hogun is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Yasuk throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
And that's the end of the fight! Terry Hogun comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Hogun winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
