Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Devan Pratt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teddy Exley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pratt comes to the cage accompanied by Static X (Destroyer). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Teddy Exley! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jorge Garcia and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Exley bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Exley looking to control but instead Pratt has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Exley wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pratt keeps working. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pratt moves into full guard.

He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pratt doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pratt wants to control from the top but Exley keeps moving. Exley escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Pratt gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Pratt misses with a takedown and Exley counters with a single leg into guard. Pratt didn't expect that. Pratt escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Exley gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Pratt keeping moving, preventing Exley from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Teddy Exley dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Pratt throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Exley is looking to clinch but Pratt is avoiding it.
Pratt shoots in for a takedown but Exley shows good takedown defense. Exley shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Pratt counters with a one-two to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pratt shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Exley counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Pratt! Pratt is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

And he's not even managing to do that successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Exley prevents Pratt from getting the reversal.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Exley controlling from mount. Exley wants to take his opponent's back but Pratt doesn't allow it. Exley trying to control but Pratt is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Exley swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Pratt is now in Exley's guard. A big mistake from Exley there, giving up the dominant position! Exley has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Exley trying to keep a closed guard but Pratt is proving a slippery customer.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Despite being in the dominant position, Teddy Exley just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Exley looks to throw a body kick and Pratt counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Exley's guard now. Exley wants to control the position but Pratt says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Pratt is working for a kimura but Exley is defending it quite comfortably.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Devan Pratt will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Pratt is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

That's one minute gone in the round. Pratt had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Exley defends it easily. Exley is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Exley is pushing down on Pratt's leg trying to pass to half guard. Pratt is fighting to maintain full guard but Exley has managed to sneak the leg through. Exley is figuring out what he wants to do next. Exley is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Pratt wants to control but Exley is keeping busy.
