Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juanderlei Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Murray shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Silva as he avoids it easily.
Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Murray misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Murray throws a sloppy head kick and Silva moves out of range easily.
Silva throws a quick inside leg kick.
Silva tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Murray changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but Murray manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Juanderlei Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Murray.
Silva lands a nice leg kick that just misses Murray's sensitive parts.

Murray is tying to control. Silva wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Silva has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Murray is working away from the top position though.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Silva darts in and clinches Murray up against the cage.
Murray's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Murray is looking for a triangle but Silva pushes his legs off easily.
Silva tries to stand but Murray is controlling from the bottom.

Murray is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Silva's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Silva avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Silva is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Murray has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Silva is looking to defend but Murray has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Silva! Murray pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Silva taps out and this one is all over!
