Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roman Owens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danger Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Owens's entrance music is Disturbed- Inside the Fire. A fine choice. Danger Joe is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roman Owens! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Danger Joe! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joe throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Owens on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Joe scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Joe closes the distance and clinches up with Owens, looking for a takedown. Joe pushes Owens against the cage but Owens circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Joe will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Joe looks for a takedown but Owens sprawls well. No joy there for Joe, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Owens moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Danger Joe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Owens is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Owens slips a jab and a cross from Joe.
Joe gets a takedown into half guard. Owens trying to hold on to Joe's head to control him but Joe postures up.
Joe tries to stand and escape but Owens actually recovers to full guard. Joe stops Owens from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joe stopping the sweep attempt from Owens. Joe trying to control the position from guard on top but Owens is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Owens is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Owens lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Joe! Joe keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Owens has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Joe's face.
Joe is desperately trying to improve his position but Owens has a good base and remains in mount. Joe looks gassed! Owens working the ground and pound effectively.
Joe is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Joe takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Joe is still in real trouble! Can Owens finish him? Owens fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Owens landing strikes, looking to finish! Owens lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Joe in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Owens looking to control but Joe is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Owens has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Joe's face.
Owens unloading with bombs! Owens putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Owens manages to capitalize on a mistake by Joe to take his back! Owens knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Joe on the ground. Owens looking to break Joe's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Joe remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Owens will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Owens is not going to allow Joe to sit and survive in this position. Owens is trying to stick to Joe's back but Joe is turning into Owens. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Owens's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Joe.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Owens is looking to stand up but Joe isn't so interested in that idea. Joe slips nicely into half guard. Owens wants to get back to his feet. Joe is keen to just control but Owens is a slippery customer. Joe seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Owens has recovered full guard. Joe slips nicely into half guard. Owens looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Joe passes to full mount! Joe misses with a head shot. Joe takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Joe throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Owens has his hands clasped together but Joe breaks the hold and Owens is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Joe!
