Mehoff avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fantastic will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Fantastic shoots in for a takedown but Mehoff shows good takedown defense.
Fantastic shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mehoff's guard.
Mehoff looking for a guillotine here but Fantastic defends easily.
Mehoff manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Fantastic blocking the ground and pound.
Mehoff wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
Fantastic tries to hold on but Mehoff postures up.
Fantastic is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Mehoff is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
