Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ali Talib (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Veijo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Talib fails in his attempt to clinch.
Talib misses with a two punch combination.
Talib tries to clinch there but Gracie circles away.
Talib fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Gracie is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Talib's half guard.
Talib keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Talib is looking for a sweep. Gracie is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Gracie frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Gracie wants to control the pace but Talib is squirming around nicely.

Gracie is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Talib is surviving well by controlling Gracie's body position as best he can.

Gracie has control of Talib's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Talib regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Talib is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Gracie's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Gracie is looking to take a break and control but Talib is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Gracie wants to lay and pray for a moment but Talib keeps working.

Gracie is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Gracie controlling the pace.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Gracie is stalling here. Talib is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Gracie seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Talib has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Talib as he jumps to the side.
Talib doesn't manage to clinch there - Gracie circles away.
Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but Talib circles away.

Gracie looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Talib!
Gracie sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Talib is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Talib bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Gracie can't keep his opponent in guard - Talib advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Gracie won't allow Talib to pass to mount.
The fighters are battling for position here. Gracie manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Gracie has control of Talib's left arm, preventing Talib from doing any damage.
Gracie is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Talib is controlling him.
Talib wants to stand but Gracie is controlling his posture from full guard.
Gracie pulls Talib in close to his closed guard and prevents Talib from doing any damage or advancing position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Talib postures up in Gracie's guard and throws a big left but Gracie blocks it.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Talib accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Gracie wants to sweep but no luck.
Gracie has his hands on Talib's head, controlling the position.
Gracie bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Talib's guard.

Talib working for a triangle but Gracie defends it easily.
Gracie sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Talib's guard.

Gracie is working for a submission of some sort.
Talib looks like he's trying to stand up.
Gracie thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Talib's head.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Gracie seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Talib is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
