The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Daniel Cesar and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Sloan.
Duke slaps away a takedown attempt from Sloan, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Duke could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Sloan looks for a takedown but Duke sprawls well.
Raoul Duke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Scot Sloan.
Sloan shoots in for a takedown but Duke shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Duke shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Duke cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Duke loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Sloan scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Duke land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Duke stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Raoul Duke!
