Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Josh Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uriy Tchernov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freeman shoots in but Tchernov avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Tchernov counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Tchernov is looking to work some ground and pound but Freeman has wrist control.

Tchernov will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Freeman up against the cage.

Tchernov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Freeman moves into range and clinches up with Tchernov.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Uriy Tchernov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

You can see the frustration on Freeman's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Tchernov is working to tighten is grip on Freeman's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Freeman has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Tchernov is really squeezing tight and eventually Freeman passes out! Tchernov breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
