Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Carter Constance!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Isheet mipantz!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from mipantz.
Constance uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Nice sprawl there from Constance as mipantz shoots in.
mipantz throws a series of punches but Constance avoids them all with ease.
Constance goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
mipantz pivots, looking for a leg kick but Constance is out of range and mipantz settles back down.
Constance throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. mipantz was covering up waiting for the punch and Constance finishes the takedown easily into guard.
mipantz is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Constance loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Constance slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Constance has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

mipantz wants to clinch up but Constance keeps it at a distance.

Constance is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Constance tries to pass to full mount but mipantz defends it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
mipantz misses with a head kick.
Constance closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming mipantz to the mat! mipantz manages to get full guard.
mipantz is breathing heavily.
Constance wants to control from the top but mipantz keeps moving.
mipantz trying to keep a closed guard but Constance is proving a slippery customer.
Constance trying to control the position from guard on top but mipantz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Constance drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but mipantz manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Constance has mipantz in his guard.
Constance is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Constance looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks mipantz with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Constance is working for a submission of some sort.
Constance not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Carter Constance overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Constance seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. mipantz is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
