Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tristan Tanghe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rusty Trombone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rusty Trombone will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trombone scores with a decent looking hook.
It looks like Tristan Tanghe has been cut.
Trombone bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Tanghe shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Trombone's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tanghe is working Trombone over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Trombone is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Trombone might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Tanghe kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

That was a close round but I would say that Tristan Tanghe will probably get the nod.

Trombone fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tanghe manages to avoid it.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Trombone lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Tanghe has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Tanghe and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Trombone cracks Tanghe on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Tanghe falls backwards against the cage. Trombone follows up with more strikes that drop Tanghe to his knees. Trombone keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Tanghe! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rusty Trombone!
