Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shang Tsung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wagani Silvia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tsung comes to the cage accompanied by Mortal Kombat Theme Remix. Silvia is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Roll With It. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Daniel Cesar and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsung fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Tsung keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Tsung misses with a two punch combination.
Tsung tries a low kick but Silvia avoids it.
Silvia moves in looking to clinch but Tsung pushes him off.
Tsung swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Silvia feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Silvia accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Tsung has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Silvia can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Silvia goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Tsung has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Silvia but great work by Tsung.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Tsung works to advance to full mount. Silvia defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

That was a close second round but I would say that Shang Tsung will probably get the nod.

Silvia has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Tsung is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Silvia.
